30 November 2015 Dear Experts ,

I have formed private limited companies earlier, but now i want to form OPC,
Please clear my doubts regarding
1) Can i formed it through integrated form INC-29.
2) Do i have to make change in memorandum & Articles which i have used in normal pvt cos
3) anything apart i need to make changes in formation of OPC.

30 November 2015 Yes..you can incorporate OPC via Integrated Process.
There are few changes in format of MOA and AOA of OPC than normal pvt co.

Please refer provisions of Act and rules.

10 December 2015 Sir,
Please help with INC-3.

I am forming OPC with INC-29.

While filling INC-3 it ask for SRN of INC-1 form.
Since i am forming OPC with INC-29, there will be no filling of INC-1.
Also i need to attch the form in INC-29, or take a print out of INC-3 then scan and attach to INC-29.

11 December 2015 you can fill the Form INC-3 except SRN of INC-1. Take printout and attach it to INC-29.

I am not much sure about this but I find this as best practical solution. You can also ask this to ROC office.
