WWill appreciate immediate response to my question:
Is it advisable and proper to upload a manually signed PDF of Form 3CD as Other Report in the E filed Form 3CD ?

Manual signed Form 3CD has got many disclaimer clauses & the same space is not provided in the E filing XML provided by the department.Hence it is a thought to upload manually signed Form 3CD alongwith the XML digitally signed,as required under the Income Tax Act.

09 October 2013 no it is not advisable. only xml file of 3cd will be entertain. if u upload pdf thn also it will nt b considered. so stick to the format.

09 October 2013 1)Form 3CD available in electronic form can only be filed with e-filing portal

2)However if you have any comments or observations that you want to disclose it can be disclosed to department by filing "Other for upload" on your letter head duly signed by tax auditor

No need to attach complete FORM3CD it is enough if you can mention list of observations
