An eligible 74-year-old individual is facing difficulties applying for the Delhi Old Age Pension due to a technical glitch with the online portal's Aadhar card upload. Despite uploading the card, the system repeatedly requests it, displaying an 'already uploaded' message. Attempts to resolve this through helplines and emails have been unsuccessful, with the applicant being redirected between online applications and physical office visits.
