Hi all,
Section 5(g) of the Companies Act, 1956 says that if the Board of Directors of a Company specify a Director to be responsible u/s 5 a return has to be filed with the RoC within 30 days of such event. What is the prescribed form in which the return has to be filed?

A return in e-Form No. 1AA Prescribed under The Companies (Central Government's) General Rules & Forms, 1956 is to be filed with in 30 days from the date of the Board Meeting together with a certified copy of the Board resolution.

The company shall within 30 days pursuant to section 5(g) and 5(f) of the Companies Act, 1956 file form 1AA duly signed by secretary if there is no secretary then director of the Company.
