20 September 2014 ICAI is conducting campus programmes for qulified CAs.But previous data reveal that only 8-10% candidates are offered jobs. In this situation what is the procedure for going off campus if a candidate is not fortunate to deserve a job? Further will it be appropriate to gain experiance of different ERPs like SAP etc. if a candidate is not acquinted with it how the same must be imparted?
Please reply ASAP.

20 September 2014 Its true that not everyone get placed through campus prog.
So,its better to start searching other options parallelly.Upload your resume on job sites.Further,directly mail ur resume to reputed companies and firms HR persons.Many company believe in cost cutting,so they hire people directly from their database.
Try to find references in Big 4s,Genpact,Accenture,HCL etc and apply through them.
Do prepare for government exams both in Fortune 500 and Banking sector there are good packages.Now a days,IBPS exams have increased opportunities for CAs in banking sector.There are other sites from which you can get latest details of latest govt job recruitment like studymads.com,freejobalert.com

In the meanwhile ,continue with your CA firm or do freelancing assignments from the sites like odesk.com

Yes ! SAP,oracle are highly used software.Infact you will be asked a ques in any interview about your ERP exposure.Don't go for SAP certification ,it will cost you more than 4 lacs.Just gain working knowledge from any good institute in your locality.It will cost you anywhere between 25k to 60k.
