Whether Freight includes Ocean Freight Also ?
If Any company is having separete bill of Ocean Freight and other charges than .Is there any TDS Deduction requirement on both of the bills.

Ocean Freight includes Freight pls go through TDS Ready Racknor for this tricky Questions.
Ocean freight is exmpted if paid for the services rendered out side india and billing in foreign curency.
IF it is paid to Indian Agency and bill in Indian Currency is liable for Tds u/s 194 J @1% or 2% as per stauts of the agency.
