30 May 2015 IEC (importer Exporter Code) number is a 10 digit code number given to an exporter or importer by the regional office of the Director general of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce, Government of India.

FOR applying the IEC CODE OF PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY

1. One copy of the application must be submittedANF-2A
2. Each individual page of the application has to be signed by the applicant.
3. Application must be accompanied by documents as per details given below :

1.Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- as an application fee for issuance IEC code.
2.Application Form ANF-2A duly signed stamped.
3.Self Certified copy of PAN Card of company both side duly signed & stamped.
4.Self certified Copy of ELECTION ID CARD /Aadhar Leter & Pan Card of AUTHORISING DIRECTOR & Pan Card & Photocopy of Passport ANY OTHERS DIRECTORS.
5.Self Certified copy of ROC Form 18 & Form 32.
6.Self Certified Copy of BILL COPY OF MTNL /BSNL Connection.
7.No Objection Certificate by Other Director Regarding the signature on behalf of other Director.
8.Copy of Board Resolution passed by board of directors .
9.Lease agreement duly notarized.
10.Bank Certificate Appendix18A as per prescribed formatAs per ANF-2A.
11.MoA & AOA of company.
vii. These documents may be kept secured in a file cover.

IF YOU WISH TO PARTNERSHIP FIRM IEC CODE APPLYING PLEASE FURNISH THE COPY OF PARTNERSHIP DEED DULY NOTORISED AND COPY OF ID PROOF AND RESIDENT PROOF OF THE PARTNERS.

The above documents may be sent by post or hand delivered at the concerned Regional Office of DGFT.
