Obtain Lost Copy of MOA

i want to know the process of obtaining a copy of MOA of the company.
the Company is incorporated in 1988 so the soft copy is not present on mca portal.

is there any process to obtain physical copy from MCA?
the company is incorporated at Delhi(CGO)
