Dear sir,
our company was a trading company so far. now we decided to manufacture the product so far traded. should the object clause be changed prior to commencement of manufacturing activity?

You should change so that there is no problem in future.

You must change the object clause so as to include the manufacturing activity, else your activity will be ultra vires the memorandum.
