If a company desires to add a new cl. in its existing MOA,will it b necessary for it to re-draft the MOA as per the CA,2013?

It is not necessary. However, I have heard that in few ROC, they are asking to redraft it as per Companies Act, 2013. Atleast in Mumbai ROC, they are not asking to redraft it.
