A company was incorporated on November, 2014. How many board meetings shall be held for such companies for the year ended 31st March, 2015.
Also can somebody help in fixing the dates of such board meetings...

As such, a company would be required to conduct 4 board meetings in a calendar year with a gap of less than 120 days between each of them. However small companiescan have only 2 meetings with a gap of atleast 90 days between them.
Since your company is incorporated in November 2014, you would be required to hold the first board meeting within 30 dyas of incorporation for appointment of auditor. Doing so shall be sufficient compliance for 2014. And another one meeting maybe conducted in Jan-Feb so as to comfortably comply the provisions for the next year and maintain apprpriate gaps between the subsequent meetings.
