NSE - certificate format

14 July 2010 Dear all,
I need a format of a certificate issued by Company secreatry to NSE confirming that Registrars/lead merchant bankers fee have been duly paid by the company.
As comapny had send letter to NSE for asking refend of 1% SD of public issue which was deposited with NSE at the time of public issue.we have check all payment which is duly paid.

14 July 2010 There is no specific format. YOu can preprae a normal letter in the format of an certificate. It would be better if it is supported with a confirmation by the Registrars / Lead Merchant Bankers.
