Dear all,
I need a format of a certificate issued by Company secreatry to NSE confirming that Registrars/lead merchant bankers fee have been duly paid by the company.
As comapny had send letter to NSE for asking refend of 1% SD of public issue which was deposited with NSE at the time of public issue.we have check all payment which is duly paid.

There is no specific format. YOu can preprae a normal letter in the format of an certificate. It would be better if it is supported with a confirmation by the Registrars / Lead Merchant Bankers.
