Dear all,
If an assesse have NSC certificate, which he taken his wife name whether he can eligible to claim u/s 80C ?

No.NSC taken in the name of spouse and child is not eligible for deduction u/s 80C. If it is taken jointly, either as first holder or second, then deduction can be claimed.
