WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES IF A NON RESIDENT IS TO BE SHOWN AS RESIDENT IN HIS INCOME TAX RETURN.ARE THERE ANY PENALTY OR PROCEEDINGS UNDER IT ACT OR ANY CRIMINAL ACT OR ANY OTHER ACT.
