Dear Sir / Madam,
I am an NRI from U.S. I have got my D-mat account from my bank when I was in India. My question is can I do online trading (investing shares) with my D-mat account now? Also can I invest in Mutual funds?

yes u can trade online.
u cannot speculate,
u can sell only after the stock comes to ur demat account.
