Dear Friend,
My friend is back from his 3 year employment at overseas.
His status for AY 2008-09 to AY 2010-11 is on NRI., as he has being out on employment.
Further, He had recd. money in Foreign currency which he had deposited in his ICICI NRE A/c.
He want to file for these 3 assessment years. Plz. guide.

He can file the return provided there are Indian Incomes chargeable to tax.
