WE ARE INCORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED CO - IT IS RELATED TO IT SERVICES, IN WHICH ONE OF THE SHAREHOLDER IS NRI HOLDING 33.33% SHARES, I WANT TO KNOW THE COMPLIANCE TO BE MADE FOR OUR SIDE.
THE CAPITAL TO BE INTRODUCE FROM WHICH ACCOUNT NRE OR NRO A/C. ANY PERMISSION NEEDED FOR ABOVE TRANSACTION..
