23 July 2012 DEAR SIR PLEASE ADVICE THAT ONE OF MY CLIENT IS SHIFTED TO INDONESIA IN 2010 AND RETURN TO INDIA FOR ONLY 30-40 DAYS IN A YEAR , THEY HAVE INCOME FROM INTEREST IN INDIA SAY 450000/- AND TDS WAS DONE, THEY HAVE NO OTHER INCOME IN INDIA AND INDONESIA , HOW TO CLAIM TDS IN INDIA
