27 June 2009 A NRI can file their return of income, previous year filed their return of income in india.

28 June 2009 A NRI with income arrued in India have to submit his/her return in India for the above said Income. But jurisdiction of Assessing Officer will be of Special NRI Cell instead of adress based.
