1.My brother is working in South Africa his salary is transferred to his bank account in India. Whether this salary income is taxable in India as his residential status is NR.
2.If he gets his salary in south African bank account & then he transfer to India. whether it is taxable in India. Please answer my both queries in detail. Thank you in anticipation.

In both cases if you maintain adequate documentation that the salary income is earned out of India (when the status of the assesee is Non Resident) the salary income is not taxable
Retain all employment contracts, payslips, bank account statements, passport (arival diparture stamps) for your records.
