08 December 2011 I would like to know on non producing before the AC (forgot to do so) and cleared the goods meant for a project of UN recognised by G O I.

10 December 2011 It will be deemed non-compliance and the remedies are :

1. Produce the Certificate from the United Nations Organization &

2. The Certificate from the Organization that the goods are approved by the Govt. of India.

12 December 2011 Not submitting the exemption certificate is just a technical lapse. You can submit later also. But the certificate date should be prior to dispatch.
