As per above notification against sr no 9 certain entries of multimodal transportation of goods are included
whether it covers Export Sea Freight ?
whether it covers Export Sea Freight ?

As per my understanding Multimodel transport doesnt include sea freight only either it relates to export or import. Multimodel transport means a single transportation journey through various transportation models like Railways, trucks, ships, etc.
