can u pls tell me the format for presenting the final accounts in agm I Want to write Notice to Members , i.e agenda

1.ADOPTION OF ANNUAL ACCOUNTS OF THE COMPANY AS AT 31.03.20--
“Resolved that the audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at 31st March 20-- and the Profit and Loss Account for the period ended on that date together with the reports of the Auditors and Directors Report thereon be are hereby approved and adopted.”
