I have received a notice under Section 143 (1)of IT Act.
In this notice I have received a demand of Rs 13062.
While filing the return I had shown deductions to the amount of 79,114 which included Rs 60000/- in Tax saving mutual funds and additional LIC policy etc.
They have only considered a deduction for Rs 500/-.
Please help me to save this additional tax , I have paid a TDS of 10171 already.

File a rectification under section 154 & file the Copies of all ur Tax Saving Mf & LIC policies.

If you filed manually then apply to your concerned jurisdiction or filed under efiling system then apply to CPC mentioning your communication reference no.
