26 October 2015 Hi I received a notice under section 139(9) for non Audit of business income. Separately I also found some other errors in my initial ITR relating to interest income which need to be corrected. I want to ask do i file revised return under 139(5) or under 139(9). If I file it under 139(5) how do i respond to the 139(9) notice

26 October 2015 File returns under section 139(9) dont worry about revising. Just prepare a correct return and file the return. That should take care of your problem
