Dear Sir/Madam
One of my client has salary income and tds has deducted by his employer regularly and it has updated in his 26AS statement also...but Department has sent Demand notice u/s143(1)by not considering TDS Amount...
What steps i have to take to solve the problem

Dear,
It can not be possible that Income Tax department will send the demand notice even tough TDS credit was appearing in 26AS. You must have got an intimation along with that demand notice in which the calculation considered by Income Tax department simultaneously with those filed in return will be given.. You go through that and see where exactly the differences are arising.. If it is purely in TDS credit and you had claimed correct credit as per 26AS in Income Tax return then you should apply for rectification of intimation..

It may be possible that at the time of filling return you will have done some mistakes.
Demand Notice send when information provided by you in ITR form not correctly matched.
You have to revised the return and quote correct information in return.
