21 January 2013 Our client has received notice u/s142(1)dated 15-01-2013 for A.Y.2010-11 requiring to furnish hard copy of ROI filled alongwith copy of P&l, Bsheet with schedule and computaion of income for A.Y.10-11, Is this notice is time barred or valid notice?
