i have received notice u/s 201(1) of tds deducted but not paid. and this is due to mismatch of challan

u r request to tell me how to make reply of this notice
please provide format of reply of this notice

15 January 2012 There is no format available for this. Just reply to the notice mentioning the reason for mismatch. If it is on the end of income tax authority, tell to rectify it. If it is on your end, rectify it and then reply.
