plz. give me ur valuable suggestions.
we have a company which had been struck off in dec 2006.we also have copy of notice U/s 560(2).But now we receive a notice U/s 159/166/210/220 for the same company...plz tell me what we should do in such situation.

21 August 2010 If u have a copy of order for striking off then write a reply to the ROC from which u have received notice and mention the facts of ur case and attach a copy of the order u/s 560 for striking off.
