Hello Friends,
This is case of one of my Client whose books where Scrutinized for A.Y.2007-2008 Previously, Now recently furhter Notice u/s.148 has been issue and the file has been reopened.
Now, here in case officer makes any further additions, what would be the stand on Interest element?
Meaning, will it be applicable from date of Demand i.e. say current date
OR
Interest will be applicable w.e.f.A.Y.2007-2008
OR
Interest will be applicable form the date first Demand when the file was opened for scrutiny for the First time.
