16 January 2024 Dear sir, Against the subeject notice we have replied accordinlgy. So, for the said assessemnt year what is last date for passing the order u/s 143(3).

17 January 2024 Assessment under section 143(1) can be made within a period of 9 months from the end of the financial year in which the return of income is filed.
