Dear sir, Against the subeject notice we have replied accordinlgy. So, for the said assessemnt year what is last date for passing the order u/s 143(3).

Assessment under section 143(1) can be made within a period of 9 months from the end of the financial year in which the return of income is filed.

Dear sir, for the Assessment Year 2022-2023. We have reeived the Notice U/s143(2), and replied accordinlgy. However, what is last date for passing the order u/s 143(3).
