Helloo..
There is one of us client,
For A.y. 13-14 he has filed ITR-1 on 7/7/2013.
And there is refund of Rs 34200,
And 34200 is also reflected in his 26As..
But Still he is not received..
On Income Tax site they have shown that they had sent notice u/s 139(9)on 23/5/2014 as they consider defective Return..
But now that notice is not available with us or client, then how to file Return in respose of notice u/s 139(9)???
Bcz there is need of communication ref no. for filing return..
And is it possible to re-demand communication u/s 139(9)???
Its urgent..
Plz guide someone..

The simple process is there login to cpc site and go to efile option and efile in responce to notice u/s 139 and submit the return

As your return is filed in due time you can also file revise retun
