Recently notice was received
that AS PER AIR investment of 100000 [1 Lac] was made during FY 006-07 AY 2007-08 for purchase of units or acquiring shares
Income Tax deptt wants to know if the information is correct?
And has asked to submit Bank Acctt statement
And Copy of Income Tax Return
1.I do not have taxable income so I do not submitt Tax Return, WHAT TO DO?
2.Presently I am out of town So I need more time to reply the notice,
HOW CAN I GET MORE TIME??

Don't panic, as you did not have any Taxable Income, you should simply write letter to AO stating that you did not had any TAXABLE income.
As you did not have any taxable income you had not filled return.
And submit copy of Bank Statement.
As far as time limit is concerned you need not be present here ask your family members or friend to just submit this reply.
