03 December 2010 If listed company wants to make any merger or aquisition with another company is there prior notice required to be given to the Stock Exchange or it should be communicated immidietely after Board Meeting in which it is approved ?

Please guide me on the same.

03 December 2010 As per Clause 36(7) Any information having bearing on the operation/performance of the company as well as price sensitive information which includes but not restricted to Acquisition/merger/amalgamation etc. should be disclosed immediately to Stock Exchange.
