Please tell me what to do against this notice and what attachment should be made with reply of this notice. our firm no longer in operation from f.y. 2010-11 for which notice has been received. can TAN no. be surrendered what is the process for that...

No need to reply even since as per your description, no transactions are there for which you have received this notice. otherwise, if your management insisting you to file any reply, pl prepare a letter in favour of tds ward officer stating that there is no transaction for the period notice is issued.
