YES, IT IS MANDATORY TO SERVE THE NOTICE OF EGM AT LEAST 21 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF GENERAL MEETING AS PER SECTION 101. THE TERM 21 DAYS MEANS CLAER 21 DAYS EXCLUSIVE OF THE DAY IN WHICH NOTICE IS SERVED AND ON THE DAY ON WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD.
HOWEVER A SHORTER NOTICE MAY BE GIVEN TO CONVENE GENERAL MEETING IS CALLED IF CONSENT OF THE 95% OF THE MEMBERS ENTITLED TO VOTE IS OBTAINED EITHER IN WRITING OR IN ELECTRONIC MODE
