05 January 2015 Sir,
My brother received a notice for not filing income tax for 3 years.It includes Rs.10 lakhs contract in the year of 2010-11.In 2010-11 he sold his house and bought a land.
How can he reply to this notice on line? Is there any tax liability arise for this transaction.Kindly reply.

05 January 2015 notice has to be replied in writing form and not online.

better you consult a practcing ca for same.

05 January 2015 For the transactions mentioned by you, a person is required for file ITR.
