A return has been filed claiming relief u/s 89( however assesses has not filled up and submitted form 10 E),

If return relates to A.Y -2019-20, file revise return after correcting the error

@manmohan, you may fill and upload the Form 10E in online in incometax efiling website and may request to reprocess the return under service request.

Better option is to revise the return after uploading form 10E.
