Hii to all,
My client has received notice from Incometax Departments for non filling of Return for the F.Y.2012-13 nd showing Cash deposit exceeding Rs.10 lacs.i give reply in compliance sheet but I want to know that when I will able to know that my queries has been solved.further F.Y.2013-14 nd F.Y.14-15 filed return of this party nd processed also.so pls reply.Tnx in Advance.

You just need to submit compliance, if IT Dept needs further clarification they will contact again, no need to wait for response to your compliance

Yes you can submit the compliance detail. It will take almost 3 week around.
Even My client got the same notice and he has not filed his return for FY 2013-14, and I have filed the same return and now there is no pending issue.
