22 February 2016 Hii to all, My client has received notice from Incometax Departments for non filling of Return for the F.Y.2012-13 nd showing Cash deposit exceeding Rs.10 lacs.i give reply in compliance sheet but I want to know that when I will able to know that my queries has been solved.further F.Y.2013-14 nd F.Y.14-15 filed return of this party nd processed also.so pls reply.Tnx in Advance.

22 February 2016 Yes you can submit the compliance detail. It will take almost 3 week around.
Even My client got the same notice and he has not filed his return for FY 2013-14, and I have filed the same return and now there is no pending issue.
