I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE FROM INTELLIGENCE AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT FOR NON FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN FOR LAST TWO YEAR. BUT I HAVE ALREADY FILED THE SAME.
AS SOME TOLD THAT NOTICE IS FACK. NOT SURE. KINDLY ADVICE WHETHER TO REPLAY TO SAID NOTICE.

As it seems to be a fake notice.
Chances are high that this notice is fake as i have not listened of such notice till date.
As only income tax issue notices.

No This Notice is genuine. They have issued such notices to many taxpayers. The only thing I guess they have not done is they have not taken resources from income tax. Because they are issuing notices to everyone even though they have already file the return. Reply them as mention the letter stating you have already file the retrun
