12 March 2016 I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE FROM INTELLIGENCE AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT FOR NON FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN FOR LAST TWO YEAR. BUT I HAVE ALREADY FILED THE SAME.
AS SOME TOLD THAT NOTICE IS FACK. NOT SURE. KINDLY ADVICE WHETHER TO REPLAY TO SAID NOTICE.

Do the notice demands payment of any money or something.
As it seems to be a fake notice.
Chances are high that this notice is fake as i have not listened of such notice till date.
As only income tax issue notices.

12 March 2016 No This Notice is genuine. They have issued such notices to many taxpayers. The only thing I guess they have not done is they have not taken resources from income tax. Because they are issuing notices to everyone even though they have already file the return. Reply them as mention the letter stating you have already file the retrun
