30 June 2012 Whether 21 clear days notice is counted from the date of service of the notice or from the date of notice?

If notice is sent through courier, will it be valid?

If the draft notice is approved by the Board on 25th August,2011 to hold the AGM on 28th Sept.,2011, is it necessary that the date of the notice should also be the same date or it can be from a subsequent date say 1st August,2012?

30 June 2012 From the time when the notice is put into the course of transmission so as to be out of the control of the ISSUER.

02 July 2012 The date of the notice should be any date on or after the date of approval. (25th in your case)

Thanks for your reply. Please also clarify whether notice send my courier service will be valid?

I think courier service is not recognised by the Govt.
