06 August 2014 Respected Members, please solve my querry regarding the provisions of sending notice for calling AGM. Can we give notice in writing by hand to shareholders and required persons for F.Y. 2013-14 ?

07 August 2014 yes, you can. A notice can be forwarded in any form means hand delivery or electronic form or post, courier as per new act before clear 21 days from the date of holding AGM

08 August 2014 Ankur Sir, as in companies act 2013 mode of sending notice is not define that's only we can do hand delivery of notice of AGM. M I right sir?

08 August 2014 Hand delivery of notice is possible. But the same is not advisable as in case of dispute it would be difficult for you to prove that you have given due notice as per law.
