WHAT TO WRITE IN NOTES TO ACCOUNTS OF FINANCIAL STATMENT??

Notes to accounts itself denotes it has to be an explanation to the financial statements. However, the are few points which are as a rule mentioned in Notes. I would suggest, download financials of few good companies and go through them..it will bw more clear when you compare few financial statements
