Not received revalidation certificate and study material

Dear sir,
I am a pcc Student of icai from bangalore, and i have applied for revalidation of pcc to ipc and paid the revalidation fees by dd and attached the itt certificate, article completion certificate by registered post to icai chennai branch of icai in the month of 28th march, 2013, but still i didnot received any intimation from them, even i send the mail to them last week, even i called them but they are not reveiving the call, please tell me whst i should do get the certificate and study material, as i have to prepare for the forth coming exams, so pleasr give me the solutions for this at the earliest.

Kindly write to the ICAI giving the copy of your last communication so enable them tocheck out their records and to give you duplicate copy.
