Not enter income by mistake

total commission income Rs 16600 and tds deducted 1660 for AY 12-13 but by mistake
not entered income in itr-4 in no books of accounts but tds entered correctly. now how it solv? please advice me its urgent .
its happed three month back. thanks.......
