Not able to reset passward for efiling

my clients pan no is ALBPM2241F UP TO A.Y 10-11 HE WAS FILING THE PAPER RETURN. FOR A.Y HE IS UNDER TAX AUDIT AND IS REQUIRED TO EFILE THE RETURN. WHEN I TRIED TO REGISTER I GOT THE MESSAGE THAT PAN IS ALREADY REGISTERED, WHEN I TRIED TO RESET THE PASSWARD IT ASKED REPLY OF SECRET QUESTION ACTUALLY THE PAN IS NOT EARLIER REGISTERED. I AM NOT ABLETO LOGIN NOR RESET PASSWARD. I SENT 4 EMAIL TO ASK.INCOMETAXINDIA.GOV.IN TILLTODAY I HAVE NOT GOT ANY MESSAGE. KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO IN THE MATTER FURTHER
