I need suggestion here we give application for refund against export but department reject now we correct it and filed rfd01 again but system says you already filed rfd01 how can i get my refund back because department said without rfd01 again filed we cannot give you refund and there is no option of filing rfd01 again pls help

APPLICATION FILED FOR REFUND RFD 01 CANNOT FILED AGAIN. THE DEPARTMENT HAS TO ISSUED REFUND AFTER SUBMITTING NECESSARY DOCUMENTS IN PHYSICAL MODE. IF THE OFFICER REJECTED, THEN ASKED HIM IN DETAILS WHAT DISCREPANCIES HAVE BEEN OBSERVED. HE HAS TO ISSUED LETTER IN WRITING. VERBAL ANSWER, NO VALUES.

Hello rajesh ji thanks for your rply but problem is that they reject and we correct our mistake now we are not able to file rfd01 again we put this problem in front of deprtment also they said its system error we cant do anything even they dont have any solution now we correct all our wrong things but without rfd01 department dont issue refund what we do now

Yes they issued show cause notice then we correct all problems
