I have some shares in Demat account which are no longer traded on stock exchange!
How can I remove such shares from my demat account?

If the company has been delisted for over a year, the shareholder can approach the company and enter into a private negotiation to sell the shares back to the promoters. This will be an off-market transaction and the price will be determined between the buyer and seller,"

Thank You! However the company in this case possibly does not exist. Just need to remove the share to close delay account.
