01 November 2013 I had submitted return for A Y 12-13 thruogh
electronically and also posted the ITR V within 15 days. But after some days I received mail that concern ITR V has not reached at CPC So I submitted the return at
local incometax office mannually. My return
got assessed and I received the refund as well. Now I still received the mail to submit ITR to the CPC. What recourse available to me?
