when a company can issue material on the basis of NRGP ..??
whether comapny can issue material on the basis of NRGP to all other comapnies or to only its sister comapnies...??
please enhance my knowledge

a gate pass is internal document of company, they can use it for the purpose they deem fit, provided there is no revenue loss in terms of state of central govt duties.
